Biography :
Matt Worthley is a Real Estate Agent and Broker for Sycamore Group Realtors since 2010. Matt was raised in Carmel, and returned to the area after graduating with a degree in business from Indiana University. Matt’s ties to the area have given him an intimate understanding of the schools, neighborhoods and amenities offered. Prior to joining Sycamore Group, Matt worked for the City of Carmel’s Redevelopment Commission as a coordinator. There he represented the Commission in all of their public-private partnerships, including, the development of the Center for the Performing Arts Center, mixed-use developments consisting of public parking, apartments, retail, luxury condominiums, energy centers, public plazas and streetscapes. In addition to his work with Sycamore, Matt is a Development Associate with the national retail development firm, Thomas English Retail Real Estate. There, Matt focuses on the acquisition, development and leasing of prime retail space. Matt’s experience allows him to bring residential and commercial expertise to his clients. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. Matt enjoys traveling and golf in his free time.
